This weekend thea Elene came to stay. We got to go out and have breakfast at the cafe, well we sat under the table while the girls ate breakfast but it was still fun. We got to bark at all the other dogs who came walking past. Then we went to the market, it was just on closing time and everything was 2 dollars - pumpkins, potatoes, bags of tomatoes, bunches of flowers you name it it was priced to go. We only went to get mandarins and came out with 2 big boxes of vegies, 5 bunches of flowers and absolutely no manadarins! The poor girls had to walk all the way back home carrying the boxes and walking us. There is a perfectly good trolley in the shed which would have come in really handy, in fact there are 2 in there, maybe next time they will remember to take one.
After we got home we had a snooze while the girls went out to DFO and did some shopping, they got some great bargains and really nice presents for everybody, unfortunately that didn't include us. Later the girls went out for dinner leaving us at home alone again! thea Elene got to try some yummy spring rolls and work on her chop stick skills.
On Sunday the girls went out shopping again, honestly! But thea Elene had to see Ikea and marvel in its' awfulness, plus it's a great place to spend a dollar - even if it's just to get the parking ticket validated. When the girls came home we got to go for a drive to the airport, thea Elene got there in plenty of time to catch her flight home which is good because 'Cole is known for missing planes.....
We got to go to the park this afternoon, on the way we noticed some guys painting some new street art on the walls of the warehouses nearby. It all looked pretty good. There were lots of dogs at the park even though it was very cold and windy. There was even an old lady walking her little black dog and two cats, which was a bit strange. Anyway when we got back we had some dinner and once again are having a sleep in the couch, which is the best place to sleep in the whole house (not counting the bed which we are not meant to be sleeping on really).

One poo each... what! have you ever heard the addage better out than in. Can you imagine these guys with and over abundance of internal poo - i wouldn't wish that on anyone!
